Cyber News Live refund policy is comprehensive and covers important aspects for returns, refunds or exchanges. Please read this policy in its entirety.

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original, saleable condition, unworn with tags attached.

Time frame: 30 Days. Our return policy lasts for 30 days after the item is shipped. The item must be received by Cyber News Live within those 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the shipment of your order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (5-7 business days) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. (5-7 business days)

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have followed these steps and you still have not received your refund please contact us at [email protected] and a support representative will be in contact with you. (2-3 business days)

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send an email to [email protected]. Please report defects or damages within 5-7 business days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping: To return your product, please email [email protected] for the return mailing address. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. We recommend using traceable shipping with insurance. This will help protect us both in case the returned item is lost during shipping. While we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items, customers can verify that their returned item was received by Cyber News Live using tracking numbers and confirmation emails.

Please note we currently do not accept orders for shipments outside of the United States of America.
