SentinelOne Names LevelBlue Global Delivery Partner for Wayfinder Services
SentinelOne has appointed LevelBlue as its exclusive global delivery partner for Wayfinder, expanding access to AI-powered threat detection, managed response, and incident readiness services.
Organisations facing growing cyber threats often struggle to maintain round-the-clock security operations. The SentinelOne LevelBlue partnership aims to address that challenge by combining AI-powered detection with global security expertise.
On October 22, 2026, SentinelOne (NYSE: S) announced that it had appointed LevelBlue as its exclusive global delivery partner for Wayfinder Services.
The agreement expands an existing relationship between the two cybersecurity companies. It will extend SentinelOne’s AI-powered managed security services into additional countries and emerging markets.
Under the arrangement, LevelBlue will support Wayfinder’s managed detection and response (MDR), threat hunting, and incident readiness and response (IRR) services. The companies also plan to expand their joint commercial and go-to-market activities.
SentinelOne describes LevelBlue as the world’s largest pure-play managed security services provider (MSSP). The partnership combines LevelBlue’s global security operations with the SentinelOne Singularity™ Platform and Wayfinder’s specialist threat expertise.
The goal is to give businesses access to security professionals who can monitor threats, investigate incidents, and coordinate responses 24x7x365.
SentinelOne LevelBlue Partnership Expands Global Security Coverage
The expanded partnership will help organisations manage threats across increasingly complex technology environments.
These environments include endpoints, cloud workloads, identities and AI systems. Each introduces security challenges that require ongoing monitoring and coordinated response.
SentinelOne’s Wayfinder Services combine automated threat detection with expert-led security operations. Meanwhile, LevelBlue provides the personnel and operational capacity needed to deliver those services across additional markets.
The companies say the arrangement will help businesses of different sizes access specialist cybersecurity support without relying entirely on their internal security teams.
The announcement came during OneCon 2026, SentinelOne’s annual customer conference.
It also extends LevelBlue’s expert-led delivery to SentinelOne’s newly introduced AI security and autonomous SOC (ASOC) offerings.
AI-Powered Detection Combined With Human Security Expertise
AI is changing how quickly organisations can identify and respond to cyber threats. However, detecting suspicious activity is only one part of managing a security incident.
Security teams must also investigate alerts, assess their significance and determine the appropriate response.
SentinelOne says Wayfinder uses autonomous SOC capabilities to detect, investigate and respond to threats at machine speed. Human security specialists remain involved to validate findings, make decisions and support customers during incidents.
Through LevelBlue, SentinelOne plans to extend these capabilities using a global workforce of thousands of security professionals.
LevelBlue’s security operations, threat hunting specialists and incident response teams will help customers interpret detections and coordinate action. Their responsibilities include investigating threats, containing incidents and supporting recovery.
This approach brings automated analysis together with human judgement and operational support.
For businesses, the distinction matters. Automated detection can identify potential threats, but effective incident management also requires decisions about containment, recovery and business impact.
The companies expect their combined capabilities to make Wayfinder available to organisations and regions that previously lacked access to the service.
Partnership Builds on Earlier 2026 Agreements
The October announcement marks another stage in the strategic relationship between SentinelOne and LevelBlue.
The companies announced two earlier agreements during 2026, expanding their work across managed security and incident response.
In March 2026, at RSAC 2026, the companies announced an expanded global partnership.
That agreement named LevelBlue a preferred global provider for managed detection and response (MDR) and managed security information and event management (SIEM). It also designated LevelBlue a preferred incident response (IR) provider.
In August 2026, during Black Hat USA, SentinelOne named LevelBlue its premier remediation partner for Wayfinder Frontier AI Services.
The latest agreement goes further by making LevelBlue the exclusive global delivery partner for Wayfinder Services.
Together, these announcements show how the companies have expanded their relationship from preferred service delivery and remediation to a broader global operating arrangement.
SentinelOne and LevelBlue Executives Discuss the Agreement
Melissa K. Smith, SVP, Global Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives, SentinelOne, said, “LevelBlue has been a trusted and thoughtful partner at every step, from our expanded alliance in March to Wayfinder Frontier AI Services in August, and we architected this next chapter together.
“Naming LevelBlue our global exclusive delivery partner for Wayfinder pairs SentinelOne’s AI and platform with the world’s largest pure-play MSSP, so we can bring Wayfinder’s human-led defence to more organisations in more countries, faster.”
Sundhar Annamalai, Chief Strategy Officer for LevelBlue, said, “Being named SentinelOne’s global exclusive delivery partner for Wayfinder reflects the trust our teams have built working side by side for customers.
“Our global security operations, threat hunting, and incident response teams will turn the intelligence in SentinelOne’s platform into decisive action, around the clock and in more countries, for every Wayfinder customer.”
What the Expanded Wayfinder Services Mean for Businesses
The partnership addresses a common operational challenge: organisations need continuous security coverage, but maintaining specialist teams can require significant resources.
Managed detection and response services allow businesses to use external security teams to monitor, investigate, and respond to threats.
Incident readiness and response services also support organisations as they prepare for security incidents and manage them when they occur.
By combining SentinelOne’s AI-powered platform with LevelBlue’s global operations, the companies aim to expand access to both capabilities.
The arrangement also reflects the growing role of AI in security operations. Automated systems can process detections and support investigations, while human specialists assess findings and coordinate responses.
However, the announcement does not provide independently verified performance figures, customer adoption numbers or specific timelines for expansion into individual countries.
For organisations considering these services, the practical questions remain service availability, operational coverage and how incident response responsibilities will work.
The partnership establishes a broader delivery arrangement, but its operational benefits will depend on how the services are implemented for customers.
