JAX Inspect gives customers a comprehensive digital inspection report with photos, videos and colour-coded vehicle health assessments. As a result, customers can better understand their vehicle’s condition before technicians recommend repairs.
The platform sends each report directly to the customer via SMS. Customers can then review inspection results in real time, follow the progress of their service and make informed decisions about required work.
Each digital inspection uses a simple traffic light system. It highlights urgent repairs, identifies items that need future monitoring and shows components that are performing as expected.
